My name is Dragoș, and I have been living in Timișoara for the past nine years. I graduated from the Polytechnic University of Timișoara in 2021. My university years had a very positive impact on me: they helped me get to know the city I now call home and gave me the opportunity to kick-start my career in RPA development.

When it comes to my hobbies and free time, I really enjoy travelling to new places, countries and experiencing different cultures. I feel that travelling over the past few years has helped me develop as a person, making me more open-minded and adaptable.

I also try to focus as much as possible on fitness and a healthy lifestyle. About a year ago, I made a promise to myself to go to the gym at least three times a week, no matter what, and, so far, so good. (I am genuinely proud that I have managed to stay consistent with it.)

During the summer, I also enjoy playing tennis. I played competitive tennis when I was younger, and it has remained an important part of my life ever since. Besides tennis, I enjoy watching football and have been supporting my local team, Poli Timișoara. It is a nice coincidence that the club was originally founded in 1921 by the university I graduated from.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is bringing a project to completion after overcoming many challenges along the way. Looking back at the development process and realising how much I have learned through solving problems makes the final result even more satisfying.

I also really enjoy integrating AI agents into automation solutions. I like fine-tuning them and understanding both their strengths and limitations, including the occasional unexpected behaviour. It is rewarding to gradually make an agent more stable and see how much it can improve an automation. When it starts handling complex tasks reliably and genuinely supports the overall process, it feels like a major step forward.

Looking ahead, I want to focus on the things I value most: my family, my hobbies, and personal experiences, while also pushing myself to develop new skills and grow professionally. I feel that I have built a strong momentum over the past year, and I am eager to keep moving forward. Each year brings new challenges, and I feel more ready than ever to take them on. But at the same time, I want to maintain a healthy balance between my work and personal life.
