What do you ship?
We ship agents into work that already exists. Voucher claims, identity packs, Outlook threads, our own timesheets. If the path is the same every time, we ship a UiPath bot instead. Three of us, Cluj-Napoca and Timișoara.
When is RPA the right call?
When the steps do not change, the fields are structured, and the screen stays put. A bot is cheaper, and it won’t invent a field. An agent is for judgment, messy documents, or a UI that won’t sit still. A lot of what we see is mixed: bot on the boring part, agent on the rest.
Do we have to replace SAP or our ERP?
No. We dock to what you already run. SAP, Salesforce, queues, document archives, the ERP nobody wants to touch. RPA covers connectors that do not exist yet.
Where does the work run?
Inside your perimeter. Azure, AWS, GCP, or Docker, whichever you already operate. Every run hits your audit trail. SSO and roles stay yours.
What does the security work look like?
Health check is six weeks and it includes the warehouse, not just the SIEM. Compliance gap is four weeks against NIS2, ISO, or PCI, with a costed plan. vCISO is fractional, for when you don’t want the hire.
What can you show from production?
Employee-benefits vouchers: first-pass accuracy 98%+, request-to-resolution 72 hours down to 18 hours, about 3,500 a month. We cannot name the client. The write-up is on the company profile.
