What this marketing site collects, and how to reach the controller.

Wittenberger Industries S.R.L. is the controller for personal data processed through this website. Write to contact@wittenberger.io.
What this site does
This site is static. We do not run our own analytics, advertising pixels, or account system. We do not set first-party tracking cookies. If you only read the pages, we receive the server logs any host keeps (IP address, user agent, requested URL, time) so the site can be served and defended.
When you contact us
If you email contact@wittenberger.io, we process the address and the contents of the message to reply and, if you ask, to discuss a project. If you book a call, that booking is handled by Calendly. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to the data you type into their form.
Fonts and infrastructure
Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Google receives the request for those files. The site is served from Cloudflare. Cloudflare’s logs and security products may process connection data as described in their own notices.
Legal basis and retention
Site logs: legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, kept only as long as the host retains them. Email and call bookings: steps toward a contract, or legitimate interests in answering a request you sent. We keep correspondence for as long as the discussion is active and for a reasonable period after, then delete or archive it under our ordinary records practice.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA or UK you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can complain to the Romanian Supervisory Authority (ANSPDCP) or to your local authority. Ask us first at contact@wittenberger.io. We will not sell your data.
