These terms cover wittenberger.io. Delivery work is scoped in a separate agreement.
The site
This website is published by Wittenberger Industries S.R.L. for information about our work. Nothing on it is an offer, a warranty, or a commitment to take on a project. Figures describe work we have shipped. Client names are withheld where the engagement is confidential.
Use
You may read, link to, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades the service, copy the blueprints or brand marks for your own product, or present the content as yours. Trademarks and the W mark stay ours.
No professional advice
Cyber, compliance, and architecture notes on this site are general. NIS2, ISO, and PCI work is done under a scoped engagement, not by reading a page.
Projects
If we take work, the contract for that work (scope, fees, data handling, IP, liability) governs. These website terms do not replace it.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent Romanian law allows, we are not liable for losses from using or relying on the public pages. That limit does not apply to death, personal injury from negligence, or fraud, and it does not reduce rights you cannot waive.
Law
